Dena Marshall is principal of Marshall Mediation, a consulting firm specializing in bilingual collaborative process design, dispute resolution and strategic planning. Working with non-governmental organizations, municipalities, and regional entities, Ms. Marshall supports leaders in making good decisions together through clearly defined common interests and a consensus-building approach. She guides policy change, community processes, and regional transboundary efforts to improve communities and their freshwater ecosystems. The results are stronger, more resilient communities.
